Had appointment at 11:18 and didn't get out of there until almost 4:00. 5 hours is totally unacceptable. People in there coughing and sick. Supposed to be quick care. They said they had no control over scheduling the appointment but somebody needs to have control. We do not have that kind of time to sit around in a doctor's office sick. They could at least text people and say they're behind don't come for a couple more hours or something needs to be done.
My visit today was very disappointing, I wrote a review 2 hours ago now I receive a text stating they are ready for me at Main Street Medical. I didn’t see a nurse practitioner on my initial visit. Clearly there needs to be some improvements made at Main Street Medical in Andalusia, Al. Sherry Prevett
i registered! now it says not a patient. you can't get to a live person. then it gave me an appointment in 30 minutes!!!! but no option to schedule the time i can actually be there. worst effing stupid online system & phone service won't connect you with a live human being. absolutely this is the worst non-customer-hating service system i have ever encountered. this for profit health services business obviously hates potential (& existing) customers. ridiculous created & run by fools who hate what they do and who they serve.... read more
I wish I could give no stars. The service is great but the billing is not. You can't get anyone to call you back to straighten out a billing issue. They don't answer the phone or return your email. This has been going on for almost a year. Avoid this place if possible.
Had great care for my mother today. Staff was very nice. Mona truly cares for the patients. She takes her time to make sure everything is covered for best care. Understand this is an urgent care so wait time maybe long but for good patient care it is worth it ❤️ They see a lot of patients back to back. It was steady while we were there. Anyhow We had a great experience and Mona is awesome ❤️🙌
This place is run by unprofessional crooks. I was charged over $500 for my visit which was routine. When Medicare wouldn't pay for all of it, they emptied my checking account using my debit card on file without contacting me or letting me know I even owed it. Beware people......you're better off going to your hospital emergency room when you will get professional treatment and not have your checking account robbed by these morally deficient idiots.
