They were late for appointment to give us an estimate. We should have received e-mail with estimate within several days and still no contact from them in 8 days. Unreliable.
Excellence and integrity, in their work and character, define Mainstream. We highly recommend this company, and would absolutely use them again (hope we don't have to ;) ) They re-diagnosed an issue, that four other plumbers had misdiagnosed, and it was to our advantage. What a blessing!
