Scams Medicare patients into receiving at home COVID-19 test kits and bills Medicare. Sends sketchy patient consent form in envelope that I'm surprised people fall for, but my elderly parent did and now we can't stop these kits from coming. I've reported fraud.

My son had blood drawn at Mainstream back in August for a test that is time sensitive. The results were to be sent to his doctor. The doctor never received any results and my son called several times to ask about the results to no avail. I have now called, since I paid the fee for the test, and have been given the run-around. The girl answering the phone has been very nice and appears to be the shield that her "boss" is hiding behind. The people here are absolutely THE BEST! No matter how busy they are, they are ALWAYS so kind and professional. I would recommend to anyone who is tired of sitting at others labs, waiting forever to have their bloodwork or other lab work done, to give Mainstream 1 try. You'll never go anywhere else! I don't remember the names of the gentleman or the woman that helped me when I came in but I can tell you that they were very compassionate very kind. I walked in there with a lot of pain had some issues with my insurance and I probably wasn't the nicest to them. I wish more places were like this
