If I could give them zero stars I would. Indian guy checked me out because I wrote a complaint about the wifi being off for 3 days. I asked about compensation and his reaction to that was to check me out and call the police if I didn't leave. Anyone reading this DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!
I drove all the way from New Jersey. Booked this hotel about a month in advance. The website says pet friendly, and I am moving with my two cats. I even put in the note section for my reservation that I would have two cats.l, as I do any time I go to hotels with them. Finally arrive after driving 19 hours just to be told by the man at the front desk that only dogs are allowed. It only says pet friendly on the hotel's website and on Expedia. The location was the only positive thing about this hotel. Gross, disgusting rooms. Janky and sketchy on the outside. Rooms smelled like old cigarettes and mold. Bathroom and ceiling had pink crap all over it like someone dyed their hair. No breakfast. The one back home is immaculate and offers more amenities. I would rather stay at motel 6 in rochester than this place ever again... I know marijuana is legal in MN but, smoking it right outside the entry staff included is just a no. Spend the extra money.
I love how the rooms are set up.. it's like being in an efficiency apartment. Full fridge stove sink counter and stools. Bathroom. Two beds and chair. Really makes you feel at home.. and the staff are very welcoming and friendly.. absolutely loved my stay. And would recommend it to anyone.
