Clean and reasonable
I arrived late to Rochester for an early morning doctors appointment at the Mayo Clinic. When calling a hotel for availability, they told me they were booked, but that they would call their sister property for me which was only 2 miles from where I was. They put me on hold and when she came back on the line, she had a great price for me, the address and everything all set for me. She was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond. The room was nice and very clean. I would definitely stay there again.
Felt safe and secure by myself almost 6 hrs from home, both head mangers went above beyond
Excellent Hospitality services, it's great place to stay with safety and feasible and convenient transportation with mayo shuttle included. Indeed it's great place to stay in. I am an long time customer felt like home to me.
