This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel and I travel all over. Personally my room was disgusting. To top it off my room had bed bugs. When I told the front desk I was told another room had them but they thought they handled them. I was switched rooms as I was there on a work trip but I was not offered any type of compensation. As the travel rule goes, "you can have clean, cheap, or safe, but not all 3." ...This place decided to just go with "cheap." My room was dirty to both the eye and touch. The shower floor looked like it had not been properly cleaned in some time. There was hair on the shower walls and stray hairs on the bathroom floor. Stay here at your own risk. The rooms are dirty and service is abysmal at best. My shower was dirty. There was hair and crumbs on my kitchen floor along with body hair on supposedly clean washcloths that were given to me. My comforter was filthy with stains and I had to exchange it for a new one. Also one of the guests during my stay had BED BUGS in her room. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I would never stay here again.
