Locations is the only things thats okay, the same shitty manager owns both the days inn and the mainstay next door and will kick you out after paying and tell you that you must go. Ridiculous also dont eat anything from breakfast or his wife will nastily say something to you repeatedly about not being a staying guest when you paid there ridiculous rates anyways.
I hate to complain because the staff were all very nice and the beds/bedding were comfortable, BUT our room was NOT clean and had an odd smell. I am a clean freak when I stay somewhere, but with that said, the pictures speak for themselves. Besides the examples shown in the pictures below, all of the kitchenette surfaces had fingerprints on them and the bathroom floor was also sticky, hopefully just from the cleaning product. Bad service room has no ac smells very very bad super dirty place no dirt then a motel 8
We're staying for a month while we remodel our house and 2 weeks in, we're very happy here. The hotel is very clean and smells nice. Fran in housekeeping is amazing! It's rare to leave your room and not find someone cleaning from the lobby to the 4 floors. We can get clean linens anytime we ask. You can schedule housekeeping at the front desk for anytime that works with your schedule.
