Great services..
The hotel smells. The room smells and the floor is sticky. The overall cleanliness is terrible. I booked a king and they put me in a double bed. Horrible experience I would recommend that you go somewhere else. The ceiling in the pool area is falling down with missing ceiling tile galore. The breakfast is atrocious.
Exceptional Stay – Clean, Quiet, and Comfortable I had a fantastic stay at MainStay Suites near MSP. The hotel was spotlessly clean, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax before my flight. A special thank you to Sam at the front desk—his warm welcome and professional service truly made me feel at home. Everything was well-maintained, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone flying in or out of Minneapolis!
Average hotel but definitely good stay
We stayed on the third floor and the smell from the elevator down the hall to the room was horrible. The smell in the room was a putrid powder smell. There was no shower curtain when we arrived and we were told we wouldn't get one until the following morning when house keeping arrived. They did quickly get us a slower curtain as we persisted in getting one. There were also no toiletries in the bathroom. The room was extremely damp even with the AC running.
