Great place friendly environment all staff were super friendly especially Daniela at front desk Thank you for making my stay comfortable Eriglent Avdullari
Rooms were very nice . Coffee maker didnt work ,and kitchen area had a few roaches , microwave didnt work , property was nice , but the night shift staff was very unhelpful . Check in took entirely way too long , nice place but due to staff attitude and roaches i probably wouldnt stay here again
The receptionist they had checking us in is very condescending!! Definitely doesn't need to be working with the general public. It took her 15 mins to get us checked because she wanted to go over every single bit of my personal information with a magnifying glass like I was a criminal or something. She even made me re-sign my signature for checkout twice because it wasn't to her liking. If I wasn't using some of my points for the room and it wasn't such a hassle I would've left within 30 seconds of talking to her. DO BETTER ... read more
