Our flight came in super delayed from the airport. We arrived at 4:00 a.m. and the front desk checked us in super quickly. In the morning we were allowed to leave our bags with the front desk (thank you Brianna!!), which was a godsend since we had to return to The airport to get our rental car that originally we would have gotten the night before. The location is great and the hotel is modest but we had a clean room and a shower and breakfast- it was everything we needed and affordable too
Brianna at the front desk is amazing! She is always kind and the rest of the staff is super friendly. We've been here for 4 months and have 0 complaints. Brianna is definitely one of our favorite people here!
I booked this hotel for my return trip home from Japan with my daughter. It was a late return flight arriving at midnight. The hotel was paid for and when we arrived I was informed that because my home address was in a neighboring town they would not accommodate us. I have already paid for a taxi from the airport and now my daughter and I are standing outside the hotel at 1 am trying to find another ride to a different hotel. Let's start with location: great location, near a lot of things. Rooms were equipped with full size refrigerators, microwave and toaster. There was also an option to borrow other appliances and even games. However, the room was extremely dirty as were the hallways. Everything reeked of mold. I had to purchase a scented candle to tolerate the smell. Even the microwave had a putrid smell. Roaches were present upon entry to the room (I have photos).
