I booked a room through Choice Hotels for a stay at MainStay Suites. The property owner called me and cancelled my confirmed reservation solely because they didn’t like the rate I booked. This is disappointing service and not what I expect from a brand like Choice. Corporate should address practices like this.
The manager is the most heartless person you can meet. She kicked us out it’s me my wife and 5 kids 3 of my kids are babies under 4years old so they sleep in play pens. She said she couldn’t even let us stay in a double room with a pull out couch these rooms are big ! On January 20th she kicked out my family in the cold after we already paid !! Now I can’t even get my refund we are good people just moved to Dallas and this has been by far the worse experience. The manager just doesn’t care. If u have kids be careful staying ... read more
