HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this hotel. First of all the toilet was plugged when we got there. Room was musty and smelly. We couldn't change rooms because they didn't have available rooms. The lady at the front desk was VERY RUDE and told us to leave to another hotel if we didn't like it there. She wouldn't call the manager to fix the issue. When I did talk to manager the following day, manager didn't seem to care either.
For being a choice hotel, I'm disappointed right now. Toilet clogged, unfortunately no one knows where the 2 plungers are in the whole building. Luckily we had 2 separate rooms, so we will use restroom in other room for the night. Still not the best option. In town for a funeral and this is not how I wanted to end my night. Offered to change us to 2 different rooms but its literally 1am. Good night.
