Front Desk (Raeven) great attitude, very helpful. I was helped respectfully by two amazing house keepers, Sidney & Patricia. Rooms very clean, smelled amazing! maintenance guys very busy & very friendly! Girls are doing an amazing job at housekeeping! Will definitely be coming back again! Thank you for a great experience!

Its not a bad place to stay for the price. Beds are comfy and has kitchenett. Now as far as professionalism and actually taken care of the property, we'll that's a different story. I've have been a property manager for over 30 years. So not only do I know what I'm talking about I know how to take care of a property. ALL carpet needs ripped out & tile floor installed. There needs to be better communication or better training on how to take payments here. Everytime I come here they have an issue with how someone did the payment. I was leaving and I literally had two women come out and wave me down saying how they didn't have payment confirmation right in there system. I showed them my receipt, but she still kept saying the person hadnt done it right. That is on them not me. Been here a week and all is good!! Planning on staying another 3 weeks!! A lot better than the Microtel next door!!!
