If I could give 0 stars I would worst place ever had to go for a funeral the sofa bed was nasty with stains,the shower curtain dirty with stains, toilet had some build up with urine,towels also stain didn't look clean at all waited for clean ones that never came so I had to buy towels,mattress sheets all ripped ,pillows weren't even pillows looked like stuffed pillow cases, curtains had cigarette burns and the pool had bugs was not even clean with ants all over whole point of getting this hotel for the kids to have something... read more
Excelente estancia
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this hotel. First of all the toilet was plugged when we got there. Room was musty and smelly. We couldn't change rooms because they didn't have available rooms. The lady at the front desk was VERY RUDE and told us to leave to another hotel if we didn't like it there. She wouldn't call the manager to fix the issue. When I did talk to manager the following day, manager didn't seem to care either.
