Terrible experience we found roaches in our room(multiple videos)asked for our money back. We travelled through five states across the country and just wanted our money back to reserve another hotel. They lied to us about the manager coming in the morning over multiple nights to issue our refund and waited until check out to mention only an assistant manager and manager could refund our money back.
