Very very nice rooms and staff price was great and the location is perfect not far from the movie theater, bowling alley, mall, and food most things are walking distance

This was a terrible experience. The maintenance and management are never here. I had issues and had to wait til the next day or several hours for help. The front desk folks are no help, they deflect and place the blame elsewhere. None of the remotes had batteries, front desk said I had to wait til maintenance came to work. So the first night we had no tv. This room was way to expensive for what I got.

I’ve been traveling for over 15 years, and I can honestly say that Nosipho Zikolo is the best hotel manager I have ever come across. Her level of professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests is unmatched.
