Complete remodel going on at the time … the room I had was newly remodeled nice
He wanted to charge me 30$ for coming in for early check in, even though thats supposed to be the perks of being a choice member rewards member. The room I booked and paid more for was not available, so I paid a higher price for a regular room that was very small...he put us right across from where their doing construction so their was banging, and noise until almost 9 at night...he wouldnt give any of my money back even though he didnt give us the room we wanted, or booked...I booked it through price line, so they called, a... read more
This stay was a last minute stop! Lobby was nice an appears to be renovated. Elevator carpet looks like it hasn’t seen a vacuum in a while. The entire long hallway to our room was the same! Drywall dust and pieces all down the hallway! I understand they can be remodeling but vacuuming should not be left for when it’s done!
Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are great, clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay again!
