The shower didn't work so I had to take a bath housekeeping knocked loudly on the door 2 hours before check time (no so not disturb sign available)
Run down. Not maintained. I stayed here a few times four years ago and it was nice. This time it was an overpriced rundown hotel. The front desk clerk was great. Then I got to the room…. At first glance the room was clean. Then I noticed the sheet on the turned down bed had a hole in it. The toilet seat and toilet bowl were terribly stained. Stayed at this hotel for 11 days and will never stay here again. The rooms were the size of a shoe box, super outdated, $550 pet fee and they don’t even provide house keeping. The beds are so old they have indents in the middle so two people are not able to sleep on the bed you get pulled towards each other. The only good thing is the pool and hot tub were clean and in service.
Front desk manager was amazing with suggestions. Rooms were a touch smaller than I'm use to. But had dishes to eat like home.
This was by far one of the best stays I've had at a hotel and I travel a lot! My room was clean and comfortable! Shout out to kimberlee and staff at front desk forbeing so kind and making my check inn and everything as painless as possible!
