Front desk manager was amazing with suggestions. Rooms were a touch smaller than I'm use to. But had dishes to eat like home.
This was by far one of the best stays I've had at a hotel and I travel a lot! My room was clean and comfortable! Shout out to kimberlee and staff at front desk forbeing so kind and making my check inn and everything as painless as possible!
BEWARE!!! Please take the time to read this BEFORE booking with this hotel. I am still in complete shock about our stay. Upon checking into our hotel room our TV did not work and there was food in the fridge left over from the previous guests. We were moved to a new room and immediately discovered that tv also did not work and there was a dirty towel left in the bathroom. I installed a new water heater and repaired another water heater and these guys will not pay the bill which is around 25,000 dollars. Cant even get them to return my call
My parents got woken up to a bedbug bite in the middle of the night. They also found the bug. The hotel wouldn’t give them another room or do a refund so they had to leave at 4am. Horrible service
