My family has been staying here, and one of the biggest issues has been the Wi-Fi, which has been unreliable during our stay. Another frustrating experience was with the toilet paper policy. We were only given one roll at a time, and when we asked the front desk for more, we were told we couldn’t have any additional rolls. We have several people staying in our room, including young kids, so we go through toilet paper quickly.
