Won’t stay again. Halls smelled wet and muggy, and I’m unsure if the sheets and pillow cases are properly washed and bedding because we are charged per every stain. I did ask if they did wash them and I did not receive an answer. So be aware $5 per every stain. On the side of the mattress had black stain didn’t know if it was MOLD!
Para empezar no te disen en la página que te van a cobrar un depósito de $100 dollar en ningún hotel del valle me abia pasado ni en la isla del padre asen eso el cuarto las camas tenían cabellos entre las sábanas y olía a puro humo de mariguana , me disen que alas 9 me entregaban mi depósito y voy me disen que me tengo que salir para poder darme mi depósito luego. Camas hundidas, me cobraron una mancha que no hice, la hora del desayuno es un desastre
NO HOT WATER. dirty walls in restroom. Pool and hot tub were great. Bed was firm and comfortable. AC was cold.
This hotel is in a good location the staff Vanessa is a young rude no hospitality what so ever she is racist. Please Ana Rodriguez remove her. Vanessa had boyfriend onsite during working hours not focus on her job.Other staff were friendly so just was not happy about her performance while at a place of business.
