Based on the reviews they seem like a good company but definitely lack in communication. I inquired about a home and scheduled to look at it. I went on a self guided tour and I was excited because I liked the place. I received a message from Ny asking how I liked the place and if I wanted application instructions. I went online to apply but they property was not on the drop down list, mind you I just left the property.
