I had a very disappointing experience with Mainstay Property Management. Their complete lack of communication throughout the time they managed my property was incredibly frustrating. It became clear that their priority was collecting their fees, not maintaining or caring for the condition of my home. They failed to inform me about several damages that occurred over time, and when I decided to sell the property and no longer use their services, they left the home in a terrible state.
