Mainstay is a fantastic company to rent from. They are very responsive to maintenance issues if they happen to pop-up. They are also very hands-off and respect the tenant’s privacy. Quick communication. Mainstay’s rental and maintenance online interface is very good. It’s easy to make your payments or submit maintenance tickets if needed. From the first experience of visiting the property to the last experience of moving out, it was very easy and streamlined. I highly recommend this company!
