They have been really helpful with answering any questions and concerns I have. My new apartment is quiet and perfect for me. It has made the moving process really nice working with Main Stay!
I'm very disappointed with their business practices. I was interested in touring a property, and was asked to provide my drivers license (just to review a property mind you, not to put in an application). Then the next day, was told my tour was cancelled without any explanation.

We are very satisfied with Mainstay Property Management in the past 2 years. From the rental application to maintenance requests, Mandy and Kyle Thrush were prompt with their response, addressed our needs, and extremely professional. We had extenuating circumstances that required extension of our lease by a few months--Mainstay helped facilitate effective communication with the landlord that led to a mutually beneficial agreement. I couldn't ask for a better property management company to work with.
Best property management I've ever had. I love their online web portal and the ease of calling for home repairs.
