I'm REPORTING THIS PLACE. Everything that I was told from my husband. Just from being there for one day is revolving. very very sad, disappointing. its supposed to be a rehab. supposed to help people. this place doesn't help at all. the other mainsprings was better then this one
It's definitely a rehab they have 2 levels here depending on your sobriety needs (or court orders lol) but they will group ya to death but the higher ups are easy to talk too an understanding but I don't have much to say about staff one or 2 members are ok the others are here to jus get a paycheck that's why I'm only giving 3 stars...don't get it confused with mainsprings in Dumfries now that place is a 5 star rehab that place is highly recommend by me I jus left their an that's the place to be it is a beautiful place with g... read more
They called me 3 hours after my discharge to tell me that they didnt give me all my belongings that my family had dropped off days before I left for my step-down hours away. Then they gave it away. Typical treatment people in recovery get. Never expect much from these places.
So they have no dietitian or kitchen so you get low portion not the amount of calories you suppose to get for each meal in morning you get continental breakfast if it is hot food in the morning it's a joke one day we just got two french toast sticks. The head of the RAs was very combative her name's Laura she always side with her employees and was very rude so therefore her employees followed her attitude she put off.
