Not sure what to expect today when I walk into this place, but from all the reviews I'm reading I'm starting to become scared to death for my safety. Life beats me down enough I don't need any addition drama while trying to find recovery. I'll quickly find somewhere else to go to. I'm not about to be put in a position where I'm fearing for my life
I give this place 0 stars. Speaking of the MainSpring in Lynchburg,VA That is....By far the WORST rehab and place to stabilize my addiction that I have been admitted to. No professionalism, Rude staff , Stingy meals in regards to portions as well as balance in nutrition . They care more about what our insurance is paying them and what their paychecks look like rather then caring for there clients and actually taking the time to assist with our addiction issue at hand never the less our day to day basic needs. DO NOT COME TO THIS FACILITY! I am a disabled woman in a wheelchair that sadly in adulthood became a victim of bullying by my roommate and though I asked numerous times to please switch me out of that room they left her each alternation getting worse than the other and they refused to separate us. I'm REPORTING THIS PLACE. Everything that I was told from my husband. Just from being there for one day is revolving. very very sad, disappointing. its supposed to be a rehab. supposed to help people. this place doesn't help at all. the other mainsprings was better then this one
