I live in an HOA and have many issues with Mainscapes quality of work. They have run over my downspouts 3 times even though they are located in the mulch bed. They dumped fertilizer in a pile on my grass and drove with it overflowing in a circle killing the grass in a loop. They have used weed killer on my grass in an area that is sloped, killing all the grass below it. This is after I requested that they not use weed killer in my yard at least 2 times. Stay away from this Company! They service my community in Lakewood Ranch, Fl lawn cutting and sprinklers. My sprinkler head kept getting clogged, so they recommended installing a filter for the sprinkler system, which they charged me $530.95 to install. They did the installation, and the ground around the filter box is sinking on one side due to a leak in the pipe, and the filter box is filling with soil on that side. Horrible service. I'm paying for Mainscape to maintain my lawn in Lakewood Ranch. I've asked them several times to address my problems and they ignore me assuring me that my lawn will be gorgeous once it rains. Make sure you look at these pictures before hiring them.

Irrigation service: David visited my home today to correct my non functioning irrigation system. This man was very professional and knowledgeable. He investigated and discovered the problem. David then explained to me the solution to correct the issue. He corrected it. Ran a thorough test on all zones and adjusted spray heads. He then explained the recovery program for my very dry grass.
