They Broke My Water Drainage Both side of my house they dont know what they are doing if you wanna have your parts broken around your house go book them!!! AND THEY DON'T EVEN LET ME KNOW here is the pics of the both side!

This company is very inconsistent. Trim some bushes and not others, cut some weeks and not others. Too bad they do my HOA and I don’t have a choice because I would have fired them a long time ago. - Update: seems like they have gotten their act together lately as they have been much better in the year than previously. Changing from 1 star to 3.
Posting this here in the hopes someone from Mainscape will reach out and help me. I still have not been contacted by a manager and I still don't have a functioning irrigation system thanks to your creative manipulation of my irrigation control and commando mulching that destroyed my irrigation heads. I pay a lot of money to fix all the things you break. The lack of communicating with this company is AWFUL! If you use them be prepared for all communication to happen via email and a call center. A knowledgeable person is impossible to get on the phone and the field workers only talk to you if you go up to them. they don't even knock on the door to let you know they are on your property working.
