I had several windows cleaned from this company. The windows and screens look good. However, when William came out to give me a quote, I asked specifically if the window frames were included with the price? He replied, yes. After the job was done, I noticed the window frames were not cleaned especially the sliding glass door frames. I texted him several times, to ask him if he would come out and clean the frames.
