I came in for a tour with Diamond A. Immediately, I felt very welcome. She was very informative and I love the unit. So I applied. Diamond had notify my every step of the way. I had a quick and stress free process. I can't wait to move in!! Thank you so much Diamond this review is fake did it for my sister when she worked here
The maintenance and office staff are incapable of doing literally anything. They damage personal property and take no accountability whatsoever. Even had one of them tell me they didn't have a unit with our number. Give me back the $1300 i've sent every month then! Not accessible friendly at all, you have to pay to park up front. They moved all dumpsters to the west wing of the complex and now everyone has to drive with trash on their car just to throw away garbage, which is literally overflowing. I currently live here and these are the Worst apts ever. The water gets cut off every other day and if you do have water it’s not hot. My air conditioner unit goes out every other month. The office is closed on Saturday And Sunday so if you have an emergency on the weekends your just SOL until they open Monday. They also tow a lot. Take my advice and save yourself the stress and move elsewhere
They remodel these apartment. I move in March and notice about a month ago that it had water damage in the hole dang apartment and mildew.
The treatment that I have endured, mainly by Sofia Godoy, Amy Bravo, and Stefani Amador, is intolerable. They are impolite and barely answer my calls, emails, and texts. The orange slip from the City of Houston pasted near their door is already a red flag. Review from 05/2025: Substandard management. They will try their hardest to shift blame and not take responsibility. They only fixed an on-going issue because I mentioned taking them to court for the multiple spoiled foods.
