I had Mainline Plumbing change and reconstruct our sump pump system. The technician that came out David Smith did an outstanding job. In addition, David ran a camera into my discharge line (130ft) to find metal backing plug that fell in there a few years back. Once identifying the location David applied Hydro Jetter to remove the plug and all the calcium that was in the line to the manhole. I own a condo in the Cascades. This company came out for a back up issue and since it was already resolved they came into the unit flushed two toilets, performed no work and charged a fee of 125.00. Great company if you want to be scammed and ripped off. Stay away from them and save yourself the hassle. Definitely would never use this rip off company nor recommend them.

David came out and hydro jetted my septic line that snake would not clear. He used the camera afterwards to check the line. He explained everything as he went along and had me view the camera with him as it went through. He offered suggestions to help prevent further issues. Very nice guy and very professional. All is good now!

Called and he immediately said he would come out the same day if we needed it. It could wait, so we chose next day. The man who came out was knowledgeable, fast and gave us all our options. He never once “sold” us just to make more money. He cared about what we needed and wanted. I would highly recommend.

Thought we had issues with venting but they came in and took their time to properly diagnose the problem. Made fixes and gave exceptional tips for us to properly maintain plumbing in our home.
