Had one of your drivers flick me off and then very intentionally cut me off. Probably shouldn't do that while driving the company van.
I an a Silver Club Member and had my air conditioner failed. The gentleman that answered the phone was pleasant and told me he would have a tech out the same day. The technician "Zackary" was on time. He was pleasant and very professional. He had to get a motor. His dispatcher located the motor and Zackary went to pick it up and replaced motor in a timely manner. Mainline is highly recommended for there professionalism.
A great group of people who truly care for their customers and provide quality service to all! I referred one of my customers to this team and they took excellent care of them. Thank you all!
