This is a horrible Property Manager! We own a house next to one of their properties and for three years running, they have been unable to get the tenants to do anything about the yard. Right now the grass is 18" tall, screens hanging off the windows and blinds askew. It looks like it has been taken over by a squatter. Mainlander refuses to do anything about it and the weeds and dandelions are all seeding over into everyone else's yards. We live in a nice neighborhood and all keep our properties cleaned up!! Mr Hermanski's business is not what it used to be. I have to wonder if Mr hermanski is even in the picture any longer this business thrives on corruption violating OREA regulations and state statutes and laws. INSIDE THE BUSINESS ACTUALLY PROMOTES LYING TO INVESTORS AND CLIENTS. NOT ALLOWING PEOPLE TO SPEAK TO UPPER MANAGEMENT IGNORING EMAILS PHONE CALLS AND COMPLAINTS. These people are predators. I'f you have any say in which company you use, avoid these crooks. After living in a home they managed for 4 years, they tried to take all of my $3k+ deposit and just hoped I wouldn't fight. I went to their office and politely asked to speak to the manager about understanding the charges. I was told she was in a meeting and to try back later. Came back later and she is out of the meeting but refuses to see me. Sends this smarmy thumb-sucker named JJ to try to get me to leave. He tells me it's not... read more
