Replacing kitchen counters and stopped in. Person ahowed a fee samples and wrote a number on a piece of notebook paper. He promised a formal quote, but 3 weeks later - crickets. I reminded him by email/text a couple times, so if you cant get decent response before the sale, I can only imagine how bad it would be if there was an issue! Would not recommend!
Absolute "rock" stars! We had Mainland Stoneworks do the counters in our business. From the selection, template, and installation the team worked with our timeline and ensured our success. Felt like a great partnership where they cared & were vested in our business success. I was impressed by the shop's capability and the professionalism of the installation team. The front office made doing business easy and we will be back.
