This is my second job with Mainland Stoneworks (a rental kitchen and now my own laundry room). The first job was mainly based on cost and on the initial interaction with Jeff Ray (sales) who was very professional and patient. Replacing kitchen counters and stopped in. Person showed a few samples and wrote a number on a piece of notebook paper. He promised a formal quote, but 3 weeks later - crickets. I reminded him by email/text a couple times, so if you can't get decent response before the sale, I can only imagine how bad it would be if there was an issue! Would not recommend! We have a combo laundry room/powder room that suddenly needed a remodel when the pipes in the ceiling leaked. We were on a budget but also wanted to make it nice. I found Mainland Stoneworks and went to their shop to check out remnants. So cool to see the fabrication machines and so many remnants to choose from. And you pay for what you use, not an entire slab. Donald and Jessica were super nice and helpful. Installers did a great job. We are so happy with the result.
