Had a wonderful experience visiting this sleep clinic. I highly recommend it.
Mariela, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. I was there to have my results reviewed and we set up another appointment for a fitting and started the pre-approval process for my CPAP machine to be covered by my insurance.
I went in to discuss my sleep results and options. The sleep tech, Suraj, was very polite and amiable. He was very patient in explaining all information and meanings to be and was very accepting of questions. I was also due for a cpap trial run, and Suraj was very helpful in fitting the mask and explaining the functions of the machine in detail and made sure that I was at ease and comfortable all the time. No pressure at all.
Easy and no pressure, explained everything well to me.
