I suggest you talk to your employees on how to drive your company vehicles around town. Utterly reckless & dangerous driving through New West. Suggest you look into who was driving westbound on 8th Ave around 5:10pm on April 7 2026. Absolutely no excuse for their aggressive & reckless driving putting others at risk License plate SS5429 White Dodge truck

!!! STAY AWAY !!!! One of the worst service companies I interacted with. I contacted them for a leak at my kitchen and they misdiagnosed the issue. Their mis-diagnosis and lack of responsibility caused leaking to get to the lower floor and add more damage to my place. Their initial invoice was super high and not itemized. There were also multiple instances of mis-communications between technicians. Came to do some annual strata servicing. Reinstalled my toilet, leaving it wobbling, twisting and only attached by a single loose screw.

Called this company for a simple re/re of a zone valve which break down often. The young technician showed up and did something else. The company was called a second time and finally the zone valve was replaced as per our initial request. Then we got charged for 2 visits and was way above market cost for this type of job. When we called out the invoice errors, staff changed the wording to fit their narrative. What a joke! Won't be using this company and do not recommend.
