My strata contacted them for a leak issue that I had in my place. For the first visit they charged me $500+ for just finding the issue. The agent couldn't take out the washer dryer by himself so he said they have to have at least two people. For the second visit they sent two people, but they didn't bring the slider to take out the washer and dryer, so they disappeared for one hour to bring it. The cost is astonishing. The person works hard for four hours and company charge me $1100 which includes their equipment rental. I feel so confused. For labour I pay $690 and the rest is equipment use which also includes the guy going back to get powerful tools. After one week the sink water flow slowly again and I rarely use that sink. Anyway the fix cost is extremely high and the problem not completely solved.
I dealt with 3 individuals - all really decent people -.and they did their very best for me. Honest and fair, both virtues not readily found, these days.
I use Mainland Plumbing for personal, Strata, and Business needs. They are highly responsive, they do a comprehensive job, and they communicate well, I would highly recommend their service.
Really impressed with their work! They were quick, responsible, and got the job done right. Definitely recommend!!!
