Amazing dealership. Alex fought hard to get me get approved regardless of my financial situation when other dealerships were just being sleazy. And Gavin was great throughout the whole signing process making sure everything was clear and helping me feel confident I didn’t walk away with a lemon.
Had a great experience working along side Camila (aka Chica) to find a vehicle to get myself back on the road. She took the time to make things easy and understandable while listening to my input to help get the best vehicle and interest rates with her team at Mainland and drove away with a smile after good conversation and customer service
I recently purchased a car there when I wanted to trade it in I wAs talking to someone named Nat who was all about helping trade my car in until she found out I didn't have a cosigner then went dark . Very disappointed in the sales and management team. I was told things were done that were not and when I discovered the discrepancy, instead of owning up to it and simply apologizing for the error they continued to give me the run around and lie to me. Saying they sent info that they didn’t and providing only portions of the wrong documents. Documents that they didn’t even have in the first place. Avoid this place if you’re looking for a minivan. I had a terrible experience at this dealership. The salesperson was completely disinterested and acted like I was an inconvenience. He didn't even bother to show me the interior of the minivan; it felt like he just wanted me to leave so he could get back to doing nothing. It’s a total waste of time to deal with such an apathetic attitude when you're a serious buyer. If you value professional customer service, think twice before visiting this location.
