Today, my mother was at this dealership the whole day trying to purchase a vehicle for her business. They kept asking for her to send over a payment even though she had asked for a test drive and they said no until everything was finalized . She also repeatedly asked for the interest information and they never gave it to her. A guy who worked there named Tony also took a photo of her “for the owners because they didn’t know her”. Just bought a truck Saturday with $5,000 down now they call me back 5 days later demanding $3,500 extra fee that they couldn’t discuss with me Saturday. And I told him if I could return the truck Saturday so he can return my down payment he refusing to do that so I think it’s time to file a lawsuit against this dishonest dealer ship
