I had an absolutely horrible experience with Mainland after purchasing a Ram 2500 from them. Shortly after buying the truck, the check engine light came on. I immediately contacted Cesar, the salesman who sold me the truck, and he told me to bring it back in. They kept my truck for two days and gave it back to me, saying the issue had been handled. Experienced the worst customer service dealing with these people. I took a quick glance at the reviews and honestly couldn’t believe the way they respond to negative feedback. Telling customers to “keep hiding behind the screen” is completely unprofessional and says a lot about how they handle criticism. The attitude is rude, defensive, and straight up disrespectful instead of trying to resolve issues like an actual business should. Dont waste your time. They post pictures of cars they don’t even have just to get you there. When you ask about it, they say they don’t know who posted them. I drove all the way from Galveston for nothing. Very unprofessional.
Do Not But A Car or Truck From This Dealer. They sold me a 2018 Ford F-550 that is missing the entire emission system then tried to tell me I bought it as-is. I was making all payments even though i couldn't drive it legally until they couldn't transfer title and get registration sticker so i quit paying and cancel insurance and locked it in garage. If i cant drive it then I should not have to pay for it, right ?
It's was a great experience Mr. Leo help me find the right car for me I really commended 10/10☺️ all the people in office was really nice☺️
