Just bought a truck Saturday with $5,000 down now they call me back 5 days later demanding $3,500 extra fee that they couldn’t discuss with me Saturday. And I told him if I could return the truck Saturday so he can return my down payment he refusing to do that so I think it’s time to file a lawsuit against this dishonest dealer ship
Our card was charged without authorization. no phone call was made as promised with adding a card on file to process an $1800.00 payment. I received absolutely no notice by phone, email or via text. I went through my account statement and seen it had been taken out. Communication had been made about a previous payment which was made. Before the actual payment was made my account was charged.
