We came in at 2am super nervous, Gurpinder and Dr Malhotra were very calm, thorough and informative, providing a diagnosis and pain management for our dog. Very grateful for their assistance.
Had to take my dog in late one night as he had some blood in his vomit and overall had a great experience with Anmol and Dr. Malhotra and the other staff. Got in right away and they were very clear with what tests they wanted to run on him and what the cost would be and are always very understanding of budgets and only recommend what they deem necessary. Unfortunately he is still a little off and they always pick up the phone and are happy to answer questions.
Companionate, Caring, Effective, Kind. Our 2 year old bulldog was brought in late at night, critically ill with a closed pyometra. It took two surgeries, but Doctors Dhaliwal and Malhotra saved her. Even the technician Allison was amazing! First class all the way. Thank you Mainland Emergency.
Great service during an emergency, great diagnostics and were understanding and reasonable about price. Did not take advantage, but they were genuinely caring and were understanding about cost
