I stayed in this hotel 12/28-12/30/2014 the hotel was WAY over priced for 4days and 3nights it was over $420.00. the room as OLD and had mold growing on the bathroom door and walls. The beds were lumpy and the pillows were so small child like. I will NEVER stay at this "resort" again. OVER PRICED AND OLD!!!!
I will never be visiting this hotel ever. Dirty floors, showers, small beds, not even worth the forty dollars I spent.
This hotel is a waste of money. The "lake" is a swamp, the minigolf course is unkempt, there's no basketballs provided for the basketball court not to mention you have to pay an extra $7.50 a day for all these "wonderful" amenities. Also the housekeeping staff are lazy and they dont replenish anything including toilet paper or towels. The stores/restaurants are overly priced in comparison to the area and the cable is fuzzy. If you don't speak spanish you're going to have a hard time communicating with anyone that works here.... read more
