My order should be delivered like today, but it got pushed back when I called. They said to me it is tomorrow. but when my client called them wanting to pick up the order, they suddenly said that it’s scheduled for two days later because tomorrow is fully booked, so I had to experience the complaints from my client even though this is not my fault all the times and promises that customer service with this company gave you is a absolute lie and most likely not gonna be as it’s promised
It is really bad, I came in time Check In 5min. before delivery appointment. Guess what 1pm appointment and got a call for avaliable door at 6:40pm. I really miss my next Load to PIck Up. What's the point of appointments if we have to wait more than 5hrs. I'm the last Truck driver here. Waiting till get empty total of 7hrs. before I leave. This is No No No for me, I'm am No longer deliver load here. Another thing restroom available if you need, you have to ask.
