Office: awesome people, helpful and they want to help as much as they can . Warehouse it took them 35min. to load my truck and one hour and 45 min. to give me my paperwork as you can see they want to hold for two hours no matter what otherwise for office only. 5 🌟
2 30pm appointment for pickup. Checked in at 1 45pm. Now 5pm still no door. Total disregard for drivers time.
4 hours no door, bathroom is like in a country club though, 5 hours got door + 2 more hours unloading then they could not find my POD had to wait another hour TOTAL 8 HOURS , very kind but INCOMPETENT PEOPLE I’m
This location now is for appointments if get here 30min early the girl on radio gonna tell to come back at your appointment time after getting a door in 1hr will get loaded.
