I have to echo the many other negative comments about Mainfreight. Ive experienced no-shows on booking freight, had pickups moved or ignored without any contact and been unable to get honest or accurate information via thier contact center about collections.
Very bad customer service have to wait for hours to pickup the order.
By far the most incompetent transport company we have used. avoid at all costs.
