I spoke to Belinda over the phone and her customer service skills are absolutely appalling, not only was she disregarding everything I was saying she was simultaneously having a second conversation to someone next to her in which they were talking in baby voices? I don’t know if it was mocking me or if there is some weird relstionship between the two. She threaten me with being a customer service manager and got really heated when I commented on her customer service skills or lack of. Unacceptable.
This company is cooked. Don't ever come work here as an owner-driver. You will lose money stay away. It's a toxic place, they have lost heaps of customers and revenue there is no work here.
