Stopped by to let them know my menu said 64% oil life after 890 miles--They said that was "normal". Asked about the extra key I ordered from them--They said they never did that even the manager filled out the paperwork, why? No answer. Just didn't. Went to DIFFE FORD and they fixed me right up in no time. My bad buying from amateur business people when the pros are not far away.
