They can sell you a $20+K hot tub with their "employee*owned company" sales reps * but ask an employee and you'll find out that 'employee*owned' is total b.s. The delivery people were great * but try to get ahold of anyone with questions, and if you ever get a call back after trying every phone number and always getting voicemail and leaving messages, they won't have an answer but will tell you they will get back and they NEVER DO * this has been going on for over a year. I totally agree with all you dissatisfied people out there Mainly DOES NOT stand by there word . Bought a hot tub 2 years ago for over 20k when they delivered it they dropped it and broke a panel and still dobt have it. How to move the tub and they tell you one free move and that day came to move it called Mainly and they said they wouldn't move it to another location. Their salesperson, Mike Powers, blatantly lied to us about availability when we purchased our hot tub. Spoke to Diana, the GM, who tells me "we all have lawyers" and made no attempt to rectify the actual issue, instead, she does what they do to all their trouble clients, and cancelled my order. AFTER we spent about $7K on the pad and electrical. Stay FAR AWAY!

I went to at least 5 different hot tub stores/companies before deciding on Mainely tubs and Hot Springs in Rye NH. What made me decide on this company and this tub was the unbelievable customer service from Stephen. My 12yr old son and I came in and he was so transparent and upfront with delivery times and price with 0% financing for 5 years that I wanted to give him and the company my business. Wish I could leave a 0! This is my 2nd purchase of a tub from Mainly Spas. Being a current customer for five years my husband and I went in to order a new cover. The saleswoman told us it would be a year before we could get one but if we bought a new hot tub we could get one immediately. Because we had been talking about upgrading to a salt water system we decided to do a trade in and get a new tub. They were great for the sale and attentive immediately after the sale. 8 months later, I still haven’t received my 6 month auto delivery salt water system cartridge, and they never answer the phone anymore. This was supposed to be THE place to get your spa for their “white glove” service. Not the case in. my experience. Disappointed.

I put down a $1000 deposit on a tub that was ordered for me. The tub came in in February but we had agreed they would hold it until April for delivery. I received notice the tub was in and told them I would contact them for delivery when the site was ready in April. When I contacted them in April they told me they tried to call me to confirm I still wanted to receive the tub but couldnt reach me so they sold it to someone else.
