I had an excellent experience at this eye doctor’s office. Dr. Goldthwait truly took his time with me and made sure every single question I had was answered clearly and patiently—I never felt rushed at all. The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, which made the visit even better. They were also very upfront and helpful about pricing, explaining everything clearly and making sure there were no surprises. Its unfortunate to have to write this review, because I actually really like Dr. Goldthwait, but the stunt the office pulled is unacceptable. My daughter had an appointment set up for an exam, and a week before the appointment they called to confirm it. They then notified me in that phone call that they no longer take my insurance. A week before the appointment is when they chose to tell me??! I said exactly that the the woman on the phone, and she proceeded to tell me they "had only about a weeks notice" that they wont take... read more
Dr. Goldthwait has been my optometrist for years! Always excellent care! Wonderful personality. The staff are also excellent. Highly recommend.
I had an appointment back in January. Dr. Goldthwait was great and the staff was as well. I had called the office today to ask about ordering contacts and spoke with Caleb. He helped me order them, charged me and then I asked him about possibly getting a trial to get me by until mine come in. Super nice guy! I got transferred to a woman staff member and I had asked her the same thing. She VERY rudely answered with “We don’t just give out trials.” Zero patience with me. Zero manners. That was the response I received. All set.... read more
Had appointment and staff were friendly, but no one told me I was going to need to clear an entire morning for a simple eye exam. Waited for almost an hour in exam room and still no physician. Had to leave for another appointment. Will not return
