Nate and his staff were fast, friendly, helpful and efficient. The product and installation were affordable. I could not be more satisfied with my experience and HIGHLY recommend this company!!!
Had my remote start installed yesterday. When I went to start my car this morning my battery was dead. I called Mainely Audio in my hormonal pregnant emotional stage because I was convinced it was because of the remote start. The gentleman was extremely nice and immediately sent a tech to my house to check the remote start and give me a jump. Long story short, it was operator error that caused my battery to die but the tech was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this company!
Reasonably priced, both equipment and labor. Had 9am appointment, out by 9:45.
I only went in to get a battery replaced in my remote starter but was out in less than 10 minutes and the price was less than I expected.
