Wife went here today to get an xray and was told "sorry the radiologist left early today we don't know what to tell you" They gave her zero recommendations on what she should do and just blew her off. This place has gone to shit! I also find it funny that Maine Health only responds to the 5 star reviews and ignores the negative ones. Goes to show they really don't care.
I was extremely disappointed with the care I received, 7 days before Christmas ‘25. I knew I had the flu, I asked for Tamiflu, but was denied. What happened to “my body, my choice “? Well, what could’ve been a short recovery, ended up being almost 3 weeks, the sickest I’ve ever been, fever, fainted & relentless cough. Thanks for nothing. Except a ridiculous bill.
I check in and they said they can't help me and they said I should go to the emergency room 😡
Had an appointment with walk in at 9:20 today. It is now 10:10 and I am still sitting in the waiting room. The waiting room has been cleared since I arrived and here I sit. If anyone from Maine Health is reading this, question: what’s the point of booking an appointment on line?
Very disappointed after going to this facility with my toddler while on vacation. Veronica needs a lesson on bedside manner as well as more knowledge in pediatrics. She dismissed my concerns and even made snide remarks about some things we had tried to remedy my son’s issue. She offered no constructive advice or treatment and told me that my son’s eye could be weeping “for years” even though he had never had this issue before.
