Had an appointment with walk in at 9:20 today. It is now 10:10 and I am still sitting in the waiting room. The waiting room has been cleared since I arrived and here I sit. If anyone from Maine Health is reading this, question: what’s the point of booking an appointment on line?
Very disappointed after going to this facility with my toddler while on vacation. Veronica needs a lesson on bedside manner as well as more knowledge in pediatrics. She dismissed my concerns and even made snide remarks about some things we had tried to remedy my son’s issue. She offered no constructive advice or treatment and told me that my son’s eye could be weeping “for years” even though he had never had this issue before. Over two hour wait, terrible timeline and service. No sense of urgency.
They were extremely helpful, pleasant and quick and we received excellent care.
I recently fell and went to the walk in and was treated quickly and with care. X-ray immediately and found the break. Temporary set in a partial cast as I was leaving town. Advised on next steps as I needed orthopedic surgeon. Staff and nurse practitioner were kind and attentive.
