Today we met with Dr.Eid for the first time with issues my husband is having . First impression we really liked him. He listened to both of our concerns. We didn’t feel rushed. Thought he had a nice bedside manner and very professional.Answered a lot of our questions . Thanks Dr. Eid
Impossible to schedule x-rays within a reasonable amount of time. Staff refused to transfer the order to another hospital that could do the x-ray. I was also hung up on. Also the only replies people get on here are five star reviews that are completely fake
I've had a great experience here with every person I've encountered. Everyone is very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I'm able to get appts scheduled within a reasonable amount of time. They keep me informed via the MaineHealth portal or by phone. They send test results ASAP, and they are quick to send prescriptions as needed. Great office!
My whole experience with SMHC pulmonary & sleep medicine has been bizarre. When I got there for my appointment, the staff at the desk freaked out at me because my medical records hadn't been transferred over by my provider (how I was supposed to know this, I do not know) and the whole intake process was frantic. Then, Dr. Roy had the worst bedside manner of any doctor I have ever had the (dis)pleasure of seeing.
