I really enjoy this office. My kids see Rachel Wilcox and Scott McPherson. They're kind, compassionate, and care deeply about doing a good job. The secretaries are very friendly and they answer the phone in a timely manner. When I've needed to talk to the nurse they are always helpful when available. Dr. Stephenson has been working here for decades. My children love him.
We love Dr. Santiago and his crew. He's thorough and compassionate and we value his guidance tremendously. We also really appreciate the responsiveness of the office. We always get a call or message back extremely promptly and the after hours nurse is helpful, as well. Finally on the few occasions we've seen other providers at the office prior to our first regular visit they've also been wonderful to work with. Very happy to bring our kiddo to such a great place!
We will forever be dealing with the consequences of Rachel Wilcox’s frequent negligence demonstrated during our time with this group. Utterly heartbroken and extremely disappointed in the level of professionalism displayed by this NP. She was always distracted during our appointments and would frequently do a google search for any concerns we would have.
