I was not very impressed with my experience at Maine Ortho in Norway. The communication is seriously lacking. I went in with knee pain and was told they were ordering an MRI. When I didn't hear back from the MRI place, Rayus in the next 2 weeks, I called back and was told they forgot to send the order over. I had to wait another week in pain for MRI to call me and schedule an appointment 3 weeks out. After the MRI, I was told the doctor would have the results within 24 hours. Dr. Kuhn was extremely nice. Explained everything in great detail. Always asked if I had any questions. My first visit with him was excellent. He also gave me options before surgery was answer. I would highly recommend him.
