My wife had a medical emergency last evening and the team at Miles ER were exceptional. From the moment we arrived we were taken care of immediately and admitted into a ER room. Under the circumstances our nurse Zack and Dr Duff were able to provide the best of care and ultimately solved the problem. Do not go here for mental health or substance abuse issues. They will strip you of your rights and make you wait 3 days just to get a bed somewhere. There was only 1 nurse who seemed to actually care and somewhat understand what I was going through. So god bless her. Food sucks, room was so so cold. They blue papered me and I’ve never once been blue papered till I went to miles. All I wanted was to make sure I was medically okay, and it turned into a 3 day stay at the er and then 2 day stay at the behavioral health facility.
