I waited several months for an appointment for my child and had to drive 1.5 hours to get here. We were clearly just a number to the doctor, who is pediatric ENT, because he literally did not even lay a hand on my child to examine her ears, nose, or throat before telling me things looked fine and we just needed to try Flonase.
