I can't adequately describe the amazing care I receive at MaineHealth from Jaime Onofrio and Susan Coyne. Thank you both! Jaime is the most thorough and patient audiologist I've ever seen. She is clearly an expert and takes the time to explain things and answer as many questions as I have. Also clear is how much she enjoys her work, and the quality of care she delivers is exceptional as a result. I've only needed to see Susan a couple times. I had an appointment with Dr. JORDAN MALENKE, for a mass on my Thyroid pressing on my esophagus. He totally explained everything in great detail. I was so impressed with him. He gave me all the information I needed. I needed surgery and it went so well, I totally trusted him. He is a very caring Dr. and I will be forever grateful for the care I got from him.
Every time I go there I have a great experience The nurses and the doctors are wonderful. The waiting In the waiting room is not that long at all. The staff is super friendly and it's a very welcoming space. I love the two doctors I see for my ears and nose. I highly recommend this place.
