The worst home healthcare I have EVER experienced! They put you on an on call basis, then they call the day they want to come, sometimes 15min before. They then mark you as skipping or not making appointments if they can't get a hold of you. Like you have nothing else or no other appointments to be at!! My family member spent an extended time in the hospital, has had many complications, and multiple appointments to go to. The patient sleeps a lot and is not always aware of phone calls as he is medicated. They also blamed me ... read more
