Horrible results with my knee replacement
Dr Spencer is very professional and attentive to his patients, listens to their concerns and questions, answers them professionally, shows that he actually cares about his patients. January 31st, 2025, had an appointment in Gardiner for wrist pain, nurse/doctor said she thinks I have tendonitis, didnt do X-Rays or any other testing of it, just felt my wrist, a month or two asked for second opinion, got scheduled at the augusta location in March, 2025, with Dr Spencer, he did X-Rays, put me in a brace, then had an MRI a coupl... read more
I had surgery on October 7th for my back. Had my two week follow up and things were going great. Then, I stumbled over a rug in my house, though I didn’t fall- I was in immediate excruciating pain. I called the office the next day and they didn’t want to see me. Gave me a taper of prednisone. I asked if they thought it was just inflamed nerves and just a “yup” and no follow up instructions like - if you’re not feeling better by whenever call back. Avoid this place at all costs.
My appt was awful. I was seen by a PA who only answered one of my questions. He abruptly left the room, the MA appeared with an appt card and I said that I had a few questions and is it normal for the provider to get up and leave during an appt? I call BS!! The icing on the cake was the short woman with ADHD who barreled thru the door while I was on the other side and never looked in the side window and I got hit with the door--apology? NOPE!!
