This used to be a good hospital. Lately, it has not been good. Nurses are rude. Front Desk staff at the emergency room are rude. Wait times can be extremely long and the overall sense of care and compassion has diminished. I got a call nobody wants to get. That being that my grandfather was in the emergency room at this hospital and he had only hours to live. Having interacted with this institution on more than one occasion, in my opinion, if you want an ethical institution you should avoid this sorry excuse of a "professional" institution. All they had to do was care about doing their jobs, instead they managed to get someone who doesn't write reviews to do just that, in my opinion.
