I had a horrible surgery experience with rude nurses and doctors that do not care at all! Left with a huge bill and scars with nothing to show for it except huge debt.

I had surgery this past week at Maine General and the staff was amazing! Nurses Tammy and Pat in the pre-op area werd great. They made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. They offered me a snack and coffee after the procedure. These are nurses, not waitresses. This is so far above and beyond what they are supposed to do it is amazing. They used lidocaine spray before starting my IV to help lessen the pain. They made sure I had enough blankets and offered to dim the lights. They kept me updated on everything t... read more
