I was just kicked off my providers case load because I haven’t been in a few years. I didn’t know that if I didn’t go every year, I’d loose my doctor and now I am considered a new patient. Luckily I haven’t needed to see a doctor, I call when I need a mammogram. I feel like I was punished because I am healthy.
They never call back. And when you call them to get try to get in to see a Dr they hang up after leaving you on hold for 30 minutes 🙃10/10 do not recommend if you value your health even a little bit.
Reading all these bad reviews I agree with them and I don’t even go there I just stopped in because I was going to change health centers, because it would be closer for my husband and I but the atmosphere was just awful, the music was playing loud, (rock music )when I go on a doctors office I want the atmosphere to feel calm and it was not a comfortable atmosphere in there. Needless to say we will travel to go to a place where we feel comfortable
