Showed up at 4:55 expecting to get my blood drawn (their website says they are open M-F 8:00am to 7:30pm). Sign on the window said “new hours” closing at 5. The girl at the desk said “sorry, it’s too late”. I would recommend that this business updates its website with accurate hours. In addition, if they are not going to accept patients up until 5pm, update the sign to reflect the time that they will stop accepting patients.
Excellent care. The nurse introduced herself and was patient and compassionate. The PA, Jay, who addressed the medical issue was thorough and explained everything in good detail. There was virtually no waiting. The check-in was easy & efficient.
Was put on hold for 10+ minutes just
So thankful to have this facility just 15 minutes from where I live. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly and professional.
