Care is generally adequate and usually sympathetic. Unfortunately, at a recent visit, the provider said he was unable to treat me. MaineGeneral billed me for it anyway. So just to warn others, you will be billed whether or not they can treat your condition, and I don't feel comfortable rating a company with that kind of policy any higher than 2 stars.
Very quick always nice and truly care. Even if your uninsured they do not treat you differently. I go here for my own PCP.
Showed up at 4:55 expecting to get my blood drawn (their website says they are open M-F 8:00am to 7:30pm). Sign on the window said “new hours” closing at 5. The girl at the desk said “sorry, it’s too late”. I would recommend that this business updates its website with accurate hours. In addition, if they are not going to accept patients up until 5pm, update the sign to reflect the time that they will stop accepting patients.
