Run away. Run as fast as you can. I’m simply appalled by the service that I have received. I learned nothing from my visits and I’ve been prescribed medication that makes me want to actually die. Only the folks at the front desk made my visits worth it. The rest of them are a disgrace to the medical community.
They took me right in with no waiting. Had to hit the rest room when I came in. It was a long trip. Dr. Bhatta was kind, direct about what was wrong with me and put me on an urgent list for surgery.
Female extremely incompetent urologist. She did NOT even examine me. She walked in said she had reviewed my CT scan reports- not actual scans. She did NOT ask about my symptoms or how they are affecting me. All she wanted to do was schedule a procedure unrelated to my flank pain, nausea/ vomiting and unexamined weight loss. Did NOT in anyway follow Standards of Practice for my history and symptoms. I will ne reporting her and this horrible practice to Maine Board of Physicians.
